great choice for weekend. the hotel with beautifully designed rooms, in a lovely area, in the beautiful garden. good choice of food at the breakfast, including toast, muesli, and yogurt. the staff were really helpful and amicable and helped us with free parking.

The location is convenient as it is close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and cafes.

Our stay at Top Floor Bed And Breakfast was absolutely perfect! We felt like royalty, being pampered and spoiled throughout our time there. The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Sharon and Darren was exceptional. The Garden room, adorned with beautiful and creative art pieces, provided a stunning and relaxing stay. The shower was amazing and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were delighted to find an espresso coffee maker in the room, adding an extra touch of luxury. The abundance of food, including a delicious breakfast spread, made us feel like true king and queen. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful home and experience the magic again. As young families, we loved the first-class facilities and amenities at Top Floor B&B. The stylish and comfortable room instantly relaxed us, and the privacy was perfect. The ensuite's shower was fantastic, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the homemade-quality breakfast ingredients. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. it exceeded our expectations and provided a great space for us to relax and regenerate.

We felt snug and had no complaints at all during our stay.

This B&B is perfect for a cozy and personal experience. the location is central on the coast and near wicked restaurants and Paraparaumu beach. the room is clean and comfortable with a great view. the bathroom has plenty of hot water and a great shower. the service is exceptional with a friendly host and fresh fruit and snacks in the kitchenette. the continental breakfast served in the room is a nice touch.

Stayed here for New Year and the room was nice. There were fresh flowers and the bed was comfy. The hosts were also friendly.

It was quite noisy as it was right by the main road and the bathroom was very small.

the room did not have an outdoor dining area which would have been desirable since we enjoyed the beautiful garden space.
